Imagine the most self-centered, know-it all, thinks he can do EVERY thing on his own, person you can, and then multiply that by 100; that is who Thor is. So when four Frost Giants break into Asgard, Thor and Friends directly disobey, Odin, The All-Father's orders and take the Bifrost (Rainbow Bridge) to the Giants frostbitten home world of, Jotunheim. After nearly starting a 2nd war with the Frost Giants, Odin strips Thor of his power and sends him down to Midgard (Earth), until he learns the lesson of humility.
This movie was really worth
watching. The costumes were fantastic, actors convincing, and the special
effects were pretty good. The movie also gave us lots of well thought characters
and locations. The team also did a good job at converting the original Norse
myths to an action-packed, super-hero movie. The only main problem I had with
it, is the few profanities that creep into the script. Other than that, this
movie is a must see.
So with all that said, I will give Thor 4 out of 5 star for my personal enjoyment.
